Hello everyone, I am thinking about running a short homebrew horror campaign that will be 60% RP/ 20% Combat/ 20% puzzles (This is subject to change though as I'm still working on it)
The game doesn't have a "happy ending" just a bad or bitter ending.
The blurb for the campaign is as follows:
"You have finished your training as a Royal Insanguinator. This group works as a detective, enforcement, and assassination unit for the Order of Chaos, which is a group of the highest religious prowess. Their leader is said to have a connection to all the gods and is in charge of keeping the balance between them on the mortal plane. Never allowing one to gain more influence than the others.
You have been sent to the city of Listana to investigate a series of murders that are believed to be because of the influence of the Yellow Star which blesses artistic people with a burst of inspiration and skill during the time it's visible. It's believed that the killer is trying to use his art made of corpses to summon a powerful being.
Your job is to find this individual, apprehend them, and if needed, kill them."
This campaign will be probably levels 1-3 and acts as a prequel to a much larger campaign that you need no prior knowledge of.
I need players to test my campaign, and then answer a survey so I can get a better understanding of how to improve the game.
I'm GMT +8 but I run my games so it's evening or afternoon for GMT time so I can get a wider range of who can play. The time isn't set yet so let me know what time works best for you.
