"A world of seafaring, magical antiques, and ancient civilizations, Pertrusia lies at the center of the known world. Decades after the veil between the elemental plane of water and material plane was ruptured, the people of Pertrusia have now adapted and evolved to their new ways of life. Through means of magic, floating cities and citadels under the sea have been formed, along with several mountain-top villages, allowing the people to thrive despite the vast sea that covers the once expansive land of Pertrusia.
There now lies uncertainty as to the future of Pertrusia. Storms rage across the sky as waves flood towns unfortunate enough to be at the sea’s mercy. Rumors of large tentacles dragging trading fleets to the bottom of the ocean are shared at local taverns and markets. There is no communication from the Entire civilizations living under the sea, as if they have simply vanished.
Also throwing their hand in the midst is the rebellion organization known as The Third Eyes. What was once a handful of individuals handing out pamphlets and graffiting walls, they have taken great strides of rebellion after obtaining an unknown source of power. This has all come to light after the slaying of one Bendugral of The Alfain Council, placing only more worries on the minds of all who live within Pertrusia. Where will this dark alliance strike next?
Many believe that The Third Eyes are behind the war that seems to be unfolding within Pertrusia. When a Vedelan Council ship holding precious cargo from far beneath the surface went missing, all four Councils cut ties and no trading has been done since. Whatever went missing on that ship is priceless enough to put the Councils at each other’s throats, and even risk the threat of war.
How is it that you came to be at the center of this story as it unfolds?"
Welcome, all, to the release of my latest campaign setting: The Depths of Pertrusia. If the above description of what to expect of this game intrigues you, then I hope to welcome you along on this adventure in the form of a powerful player that will influence Pertrusia as its society develops. This campaign runs three hour long sessions ; 7 to 10 pm CST every Thursday. While the first session is free, this is a paid platform running $15 a session, most of which will be put back into the game through means of D&D resources.
If you're interested go ahead and send me a DM (see what I did there) and we can talk more about the campaign! I'm looking to get a solid group of 4 to 6 players before we begin. I hope to hear from you soon!
