Looking for a semi- to experienced group

Howdy! :)

I'm looking for:

• a group to join that is no more than 5 (including myself) players 
• has at least a semi-casual combat difficulty where a bad decision can lead to death (the harder the better)

Ideally:

• Light on RP
• Challenging combat
• A group of FRIENDS working together
• Would prefer to play a martial-like class, but can adjust to whatever the group needs

About:

• a bit less than a year in D&D
• years of video games playing, enjoying to run them on max difficulty (like Pathfinder: Kingmaker), including both mmorpgs and single-player games
• love to find a group where both I and the group feel comfortable with each other (a game should be FUN)
• was playing with two D&D groups until yesterday
  • decided to leave one group due to a combination of: 1) too many players (7) 2) too casual combat (one casts a spell and others have nothing to do) 3) "that guy"
• can adapt to play at any time except Wednesday evenings CST
• LGBTQ+++ friendlly
