you will be dropped into a sand box home brue near the start or the war of the gods. The gods of light and the gods of darkness had their war spill into the mortal realm 10 years ago. This caused a massive zone of unstable chaos that has become quite a problem for the 5 bordering nations. The various races have put waring with one another on hold, well the try to deal with the larger problem. 

I run my games with a lot of player freedom… and a strong player impact on the world. So expect a lot of butterfly effects.
