Your joining a wonderful group but I've got one member of apart from the general rules lawyering cheating scumbag role playing party, this individual who is like me a culture vulture is a lovely Belgium lady in the navy. The rest of our group.... well... while the rest although delightful have a love of Tolkien (fair enough to like Tolkien but the crime of crimes is post Tolkien they haven't read Beowulf) oh yes and love of cheating all that special class stuff and optimisation to make them harder than a diamond without a flaw and non of the tragic flaws that bring about a self fulfilled doom from the classics we love.

Don't get me wrong you don't role play with a Uruguayan Film Directors every day and he like the rest is a delight and while we can discuss film he's yet to get heavily addicted to opera and we need to get him hooked up to the good stuff.

What you’re playing: 5e - Yawing Portal modules – Plus random stuff going on all around – a lot of random stuff too complex to imagine but let’s just say…. ‘World Building’ ‘Factions’ ‘Spheres of Influence’ ‘Player greed’ … need I say any more its crystal clear and damn good fun. Your part of a company of mercenaries which are more like a merchants guild. Oh and you do deals with the gods, minor detail.
