Illaria awaits its new adventurers! [Excited DM seeks 5 likeminded individuals to partake in some fun shenanigans]

Game: D&D 5e
Group type: Face-to-face
Experience: a few years (honestly though any experience is okay with me you can be new to D&D or a veteran)
Location/Timezone: Salem Oregon (Pacific Timezone) 
Schedule: The group would be playing probably either Fridays or Saturdays after 6:30PM so probably around 7pm for between 3-4 hours (or depends how excited we get and how much we get into the world)
Roles sought: DM seeks 5 players to come join in an adventure!
Game style: It would be a good mix of roleplay, and combat, just basically fun shenanigans!

Posting this below as this has been my sort of (cookie cutter post for group searching)

GM seeking around 5 people interested in exploring the vast and expansive world of the continent known as Illaria in a Homebrew 5e wonderful adventure. We would be hosting at our place, times and scheduling can be discussed more through messages later if interested.

A brief look at Illaria:
Illaria is a large massive continent think the size of Africa rich with countless mysteries and secrets waiting for an intrepid group of brave adventurers to unlock and unravel. A land with beautiful, but dangerous forests, untamed wilderness, expansive deserts, lush jungles and more. There's a World Anvil already built for the place which can be sent to interested players who would want to know more. I don't want to ruin any of the fun or surprises of what lies in store but I promise you in the words of Samuel Jackson in Jurassic Park, y'all better "Hold onto your butts." lol. It'll be an amazing adventure, made more amazing with a wonderful group. Full of fun easter-eggs, dorky voices, possibly a goat, and just all around fun shenanigans.

GM Style:
I am a pretty laidback GM and rather excited to get a group together once more ever since our last campaign came to a close (I got to be a player in that one). I tend to be happy to let people make an argument towards them wanting to use a skill not traditional with a check or ability so long as it makes logical sense, so as long as it's not "I want to use persuasion for these animal tracks." silliness. I believe much like many others here that D&D should be fun! I am not anyone's enemy out of character, there will be no players vs GM feel for this campaign, I look forward to working together to help shape the world created and the stories within it.

What we seek:
My wife fell in love with D&D and has been itching for more, as such I wanted to have her wishes as well kept in mind when looking for a party of players. We would be seeking people:

- 21 and over
- 420 friendly
- Fully vaccinated (This would be super important)
- Fun
- Uhh not sure if this needs to be added but just in case please be okay with dogs? and cats? Figured just in case anyone had any allergies I'd give y'all a heads up.

Timeframe wise we'd be happy to do something weekly, and possibly on Fridays, or Saturdays most likely evening probably after 6:30pm. Time can be flexible though.
