fairly new to D&D but I have the basics down and have a few characters made. Ready to jump into a game ( don't mind making a new character either

5e means 5th edition and the only other one I see is 3.5e which is also know as pathfinder I think

3.5e is a separate systems from Pathfinder though they are VERY similar.
