Hello everyone, hope is all is well, my name is chris/casper. I am new to online dm'ing. I have 2 to 3 years experience and i am an active fan of critical role. I have dmed once before for a few irl this only lasted a few months, so i still have learning to do in that regard but this will be a home brew adventure i have been crafting for the last two years while day dreaming at work.
Game play style: I am going to try to balance both RP and different combat scenarios that might not always be a straight fight. As stated this will be a homebrew world with some homebrew rules for ease of convenience. The homebrew plot details and story hook will be in a pdf at the bottom. To help any new players I will be doing the point buy system to keep it a bit more fair across the board.
Game time: Sunday 8pm to 11pm eastern standard time, at least to start it will be every week. Over time it may change to every other depending on schedules and time to plan. Session Zero will likely be October 17.
Party size: looking for 5 total players and i already have 2, one looking at lore bard and the other looking at grave cleric. Not restricting to one per class.

Name, age, and pronouns. This is a LGBT friendly group, and hate simply won't be tolerated, i beleive this game should be a safe space for all to enjoy a passion designed to play with others.
What's your experience history, newbies are fully welcome, we already have one in the party who doesnt even know base stuff from CR or other podcasts.
What makes you interested in RPG, such as D&D? What do you think makes them great?
what race and class are you thinking. I run my games with the optional rules from tashas, so you can change attribute stats around.
If you have played before, what is a favorite moment from any campaign you have been in. If its from a module please avoid spoilers for those who may wish to play them. If you are brand new, what is something you are looking forward to?
<span;>This story starts in a small village on the continent of Alaria, in the Grandeurian's territory. This small town Cransius contains five hundred to a thousand people in the town and a short radius around it. It is considered one of the last stops before you hit the border. The village is on a trade route between two rivers. Due to the location it has extremely fertile farm lands and most years there have been great harvest's. In recent years the town has seen many people move closer due to displacement from the goblins hordes and simply due to easy farming. One of the cash crops of the Area are the grape Vineyards. Something to do with the water from the mountains has created the perfect growing conditions for grapes. The Ascotts, Rivendell's, and Gnahdans supply roughly forty percent of the wine to surprisingly enough the entire continent. The Dominion mostly only buy from the Rivendell's tho. The time of year is late winter and it is only a few days away from the end of winter festival. It attracts many from out of the city to come sell crafts and stuff they worked on during the winter. Everyone just loves to the celebrate the close of winter and to warmer days.
Hi! I'm JT, I'm 21 and my pronouns are he/him/his. I have only ever played 1 d&d game before that lasted about 5 sessions so I'm very new. I'm interested in d&d since it enables the use of strategic play with roleplaying and a greater narrative. I also like to come up with creative solutions, which are normally only an option in an RPG. I'm thinking of a half-elf battle smith artificer. I'm looking forward to using out of combat utility to add to the roleplaying experience for other players. Discord: JTizzle#7884
My boyfriend and I are looking for a group if you'll have us. I am a guy, born male, Triss is a male born female,. You can call me Michael or Mike. He goes by Elijah. Only I call her Triss. She has never played but I've been playing for 9 years, grew up playing 3.5. I'd prefer to play a human gunslinger but I'd also play a human fighter. Triss wants to play a half elf bard. Any further questions I point you towards my discord
hey im kody he/him. ive played on and off for 15 years all editions. 3.5/ pathfinder was my favorite edition. one of my favorite game play moments was when i played a male drow noble fighter/assassin. that over throw his family and brought the drow away from loth and to the surface. if i was to play in this campaign i would like to play a tortal druid of 150 years old hermit mind here and there. I'm Ed, he/him I'm thinking of using kobold/human/Triton. I have 2 year experience and have been a dm. I like sad stories for my characters or bitter sweet. I like giving them goals and often their dreams are crushed by reality and then they have to pick up the peaces and find happiness nonetheless.
I always wanted to play a warrior that was saved by someone in their youth by and angel or some other winged entity. The character didn't get a good luck at the entity so they want to find it one day and be like that when they grow up. They have a spear that they love and wish to share all their adventures they had with their savior one day.
I'm a forever dm so I don't have a moment yet.
