I'd prefer a long-term campaign played weekly during a weeknight but open for suggestions.
I'm up to speed on 5e, and I have played a TON of 3.0/3.5 as well as AD&D before that. I haven't played for the last couple of years since the birth of my second child. Not that he's in pre-school I finally have some free time again.
