Newish player looking for chill group+dm

Game: D&D 5e (Though am willing to learn other editions if you're willing to teach!)

Group prefered: Online via discord. Text based campaighn prefered (Though if given enough time to get to know everyone I may be down for a vc campaign!!) Im afraid I cannot do a pay-to-play. 

Experience: New to playing but I have dm'ed very loose homebrew campaighns for a few years now!!

Timezone: EST or CST

Availability: Monday-Friday, fairly flexible time wise. Not available Sundays.

Prefered role: Player

 I'm looking for a semi rp heavy experience with  relaxed and cool people who enjoy homebrew, eldritch gods, and shenanigans!! If you're cool with a chaotic good gremlin throwing an ungodly amount of memes then feel free to reply or dm me!! I can be a bit shy but am usually down for some adventures and memes!!

I think this may be the group for me. I am looking for a super chill group in EST time who like roll playing and shenanigans, and I also can't meet on Sundays.

I have only been playing D&D about six months, so I may need help with the rules from time to time-- which is exactly why I'm looking for a chill group.

My only experience with text-only is story RPGs on forums, so I'm used to having more time to think about what I'm going to write. I think I would have to give text-only a try to see if it is a good fit for me, but I think it could work.

HEllo to all of you on this thread.   I am looking for players to join my new campaign.  I will be DMing the game as well as playing along side of you guys.  I have 2 players right now.  I would be willing to take all of you that are on this thread if you are all interested in playing a 5th E game.  I have been DMing for over 10 years in DnD.  I have played for 15 years.  I would love to share my knowledge of the game and experiences with you guys as a group.  I am in the Central time zone but would work it out so we could all play together.  I would use table top rules and we would just use our dice as rolls if that would be cool with everyone and we would just use discord as our vesile for communication and I would storytell and DM through it.  If their is anything else any of you would like to know please feel free to contact me.
