Displaced Dad LFG of Mature Players

Experience: veteran RPer, Newish to 5e. 6 Months. 
Location/Timezone: (Central CST/CDT)
Availability: (2 nights a week, 7pm-Midnight, Sun - Thur)
Preferred role: Player
Game style: Looking for a fresh long-term, gritty, dangerous campaign with players that are willing to problem solve, RP, and THEN as a last resort, draw steel.  I don't like mindless murder hobos.  Just looking for a fun immersive experience with great group of mature adults that like to joke and laugh as much as stay in character.  I'm willing to play any character that will best support the group.  Please, no  "pay to play" group invites.  D&D is meant to be fun not a job.  It is where we go to escape the real world and socialize with other RPers.
