Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online (D&D Beyond, Discord for voice, Roll20 for VTT) Experience: New / a few years Location/Timezone: Eastern Time Schedule: Either Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays (not in stone yet, will depend on player preferences) in the evenings, either weekly or every other week depending on players Roles sought: 4-5 Players Game style: Mostly Casual and New player friendly
Hello! I'm starting a new campaign and I'm looking for 4-5 players to join. The campaign will start with the official Lost Mine of Phandelver module that has some minor homebrew changes. After that adventure we could take multiple directions depending on what hooks the characters want to pursue.
As mentioned above, we will be using D&D Beyond for Character sheets, Discord for voice chat and Roll20 for the VTT. Will also need Beyond20 browser extension.
New level 1 characters, most classes/races allowed (I don't own every sourcebook so some will not be allowed), 80 points to distribute into stats (no less than 8 in a stat), fun training and downtime options.
Hello this post is actually for me and some friends who have been looking for another game to join. Although no promise to their availability.
I've been playing dnd for about a year now, my timezone is GMT+11 which I think is AEDT. I am willing to fill any role within a party, though i've never really done support. Also whats the max on that point buy
Experience: A few years (2-3 Years player. DM'ed some short campaigns and one-shots)
Location/Timezone: EST. Monday, Tuesday or Thursday after work (9-5 EST) would work for me.
Game Style: I enjoy the 'do what's fun over RAW'. We can, of course retcon if things turn out too strong/weak. I enjoy games where the DM is enabling fun rather than an adversary to overcome. I don't have a lot of experience with RP but I'm certainly open to it. I enjoy problem solving and some diplomacy, rather than stab everything that moves.
Character Concepts: None of these rolled up yet, would like DM input. Based off King Shark (from Suicide Squad 2021); A CN Barbarian who wants to be seen as smart, so carries around a Wizard's tome and pretends to be able to read it and even cast spells. Rages when people don't believe him and uses the Tome as a blunt weapon. Also has a hat with 'Wizzard' written on it.
Based off Batman: A LG Artificer Monk who uses his abilities and gadgets to fight injustice and try make the world a better place.
Based off Moist Von Lipwig: A CG Charlatan Rogue who uses his charm and personality to get out of a tight spot. But just can't help that his fingers get very sticky around valuable items.
I am more of a concept player and fill a variety of different roles and concepts. I have been playing ttrpgfor about 22 years now Monday and Tuesday af 7:30 past works best for me. I can share the source books if needed. Send me a pm if you need more info.
Hello! I am Nick a semi experienced D&D player with some DM'ing experience I am looking for a chill group to roleplay with. I’m a understanding player who will work with my DM to make a interesting and fun character. My discord name is Devilish DM#1349, I’m dedicated and will be punctual and communicative. I’m very used to home brew content as I use it in my campaigns I’m also willing to do a interview with you so you can get a grasp on what kind of person/player I am
Hi there. Deledius_Vastor#5660 on discord. I'm interested in your campaign, I would be available at the times you're looking at. I've been playing online for about 6 months, extensive experience TTRPG. Looking for a group where everyone has fun and respects each other.
Hey there. I am for sure interested in joining your campaign. i have been playing tabletop dnd for about two years now. but ive mostly been in the Dm chair. I've been running a game the last year and a half with friends. I really enjoy it but would love to get some time as a player. Im really easy to get along with and also more than willing to help out new players if needed.
My Time zone is Cst(oklahoma) and I am good for Mondays and Tuesdays.
A character I have in mind is a halfling innkeeper bard. But like a lot of players I have a lot characters in the back that I haven't gotten the chance to play.
I am interested if you're still looking for players and depending on the intended start time/session time. Monday's or Tuesday's work better for me than Thursday but Thursday would likely work too. Either weekly or bi-weekly game would be fine.
Lots of different characters concepts already in mind/created so would pick something to help round out the party depending on what everyone else is playing.
My Discord is kazrick#2554 or you can DM me here if you have any specific questions or things you wanted to know.
Game: D&D 5e (free) Group preferred: Online Experience: 8 months Location/Timezone: CST USA Availability: Thursday, Friday or Sunday after 7PM CST.
Preferred role: Player Game style: Loking for a group that likes a combination of RPing, fighting, character development and having fun. Would love to get into a long term campaign and see what level 20 looks like, but i definitely want to build up to that point.
Hello! if there is a spot still open I would be very eager to join, although my availability would be Tuesday all day, doesn't matter the time zone, I want to buckle down and join a campaign again, I have a few fun character Ideas, as I am a fan of spell casters and finding ways to make magic more unique, I would be thrilled to join you on this adventure.
Hi, I’m very interested. I’m a new player looking to play weekly or every other week- preferably Tuesdays. I’m PST (GMT-8) , hopefully that would work.
I’m playing with my first character, a Tiefling Ranger. Backstory is pretty cool, enslaved by orcs - kills the Chief to escape- gets picked up by Elvish Rangers who end up training him as their apprentice. The “internal voice” Has a lot of inspiration from Arnold Schwarzenegger and Djangos Christoph Waltz. let me know if you’d like me to join.
I'm in CST, so an evening EST game on Tues or Thurs would be great! 1st level works for me.
I'm a veteran player/GM 30 years, Grayhawk, Forgotten Realms, etc. FYI - below is my player LFG listing covering my style and expectations.
Cheers!
Game: Play in D&D. (Campaign preferred, weekly preferred), open 3.5 to 5e, homebrew Group preferred: Online, 18+ Platform / tech: Open. Using Beyond, D20 and Discord . Have HD 1080p webcam/mic, dual monitors, solid broadband internet connection. Experience: veteran player and GM Location/Timezone: Houston, CST Availability: Flex schedule, evening /late/ very late. Preferred role: Looking to play! Any level. Looking for a campaign, but open to shorter series. Game style: Games should be fun, social collaborative storytelling experiences! To me, that means a good storyline like a book or movie (but of course player-driven rather than fixed) and a world with depth (LOTR, Forgotten Realms), or a wide-open world simulation-style where players have to explore to make their own paths and purpose. While I am a strategist who plays board games and can play hardcore tactics and min/max, I prefer campaigns with fast combat (fog of war) and great character interaction (firefly), problem-solving (Burn Notice, Indiana Jones, Conan the B), moral dilemmas (SG-1, Star Trek should we stick our nose into this culture? Again? It went so well last time....). Role-playing conversations in character are great when it advances the story, but I'd rather not get bogged down in acting out hours in a tavern unless the party is collecting vital information as part of developing the plot. Persuading the guard, NPC, Baron are usually better as conversations than skill roles. I prefer tight teamwork and dislike party conflict. If I was an Avenger I'd be Cap, trying to bring the team together, or perhaps Loki restructured as more of a Hans Solo type. Seduction is for the real world and is flat and of little interest in an RPG. Parties with goals to save the world, village or protect the innocent are most common. That doesn't mean stuffed shirts though. Every good adventure story needs a rogue type! Still, I am not looking to play with evil characters, and typically gravitate towards C.G. characters though occasionally play Reluctant Good - a neutral with good tendencies (i.e. Hans Solo).

veteran player/GM - CST evening / very late - Beyond, D20 and Discord. 1080p webcam/mic Games should be fun, social collaborative storytelling experiences! Hey! I’d be interested in playing! I am in CST so the timeframe would work beautifully. I have been playing DnD since 5e came out. I have a concept of a gunslinger named Doc Marshal who is based on Marshall Dillon from a gunsmoke that I’ve been wanting to play for a while now
I would be interested in joining if you have space. Just recently got back into D&D and learning 5e. Currently DMing for the first time with a group of friends, but I'm itching to be a PC. Open on the day to play as long as it's evening. I have a druid created and ready to go with background and everything. Let me know if you have any questions or feel free to message me on Discord at Viper1987#1463. I'm 34 and located EST if that makes any difference.
Hello there! Forever Dm here would love to finally be a player XD
I'm unfortunately only available on Mondays atm but its a pretty consistent schedule of having Mondays off so I'm available all day basically.
I have been DMing for 5+ years been a player in two relatively long active campaigns. But have been mostly DMing for the last 3.
My character concept i'd love to use is a Gnome Fighter who wants to prove his actual STR (He is a dex build) but due to his size he overcompensates in many ways and is a bit irritable. My goal for him is to find a Gauntlet of Ogre STR eventually so that he can live up to his full potential and shove those bigger than him to the ground like he has been his whole life.
Less of a min max player and more for fun concept characters. I can keep it serious when need be but overall I'm a bit of a go with the flow and have fun player.
we are 3 players looking to join idk if you still have spots open those day would work perfect in general we looking for a DM you can message me in discord Djbig805#6792

Great character concepts, I can see some fun applications :)

Oh forgot to say, in terms of character ideas I prefer to wait and see what other people are making then build something that would jive with that
