Game: D&D Pathfinder Group type: Face-to-face Experience: New or veteran Location/Timezone: Melbourne, Australia Schedule: We play weekends, Saturdays or Sundays according to needs Roles sought: DM / Players Game style: Pathfinder.
Used to play in your younger days, want to play again but find all most groups too young? -Or maybe you're a mature-age novice and would like to find out what it's about and why others like it so much?
Our mixed-gender group has been playing for over 30 years and we're looking for new experienced or novice players aged 30-plus. Our settings are Pathfinder Ed.1 & Forgotten Realms; we like (relaxed) roleplay and innovative spell and magic item uses, especially in combat situations. We have a commonsense attitude to rules, and interpret unclear ones to suit our play style. We normally play in North Balwyn on weekends, usually afternoon and evening. We play one-off modules and also campaigns (multiple linked modules) with alternating D.Ms, and we welcome new D.Ms. We play new (off-the shelf) modules, and old ones (D&D, ADD, Ed.3 etc) updated to current standards.
Looking for a group to join regularly, either online or F2F in Melbourne. 36M, PC and Console games mostly (still a WoW player! Woo! Though waiting for next Exp), and getting into tabletops.
Game: D&D 5e Group type: On line or F2F Melb (F2F Melb would rock as I moved here recently and would love a good group of mates too) Experience: Listened to a couple podcasts, played a couple of one shots, but looking for a more regular or ongoing story/adventure Location/Time zone: Melbourne Australia Schedule: Preferably Tuesday's (we WoW raid Wed/Thurs nights when we play), but happy to adjust to fit in with the right group Preferred Role: DM, though should play character a bit more to get more understanding before I tackle a full group to make sure I am doing it correctly. Game style: mix of role playing, adventure, puzzle and combat, with a developing story to keep players interested.
