One of our players is unfortunately unable to join for the foreseeable future and instead of rebalancing out encounters I would rather just add a new player. A little description about me as a DM is that I have been doing it for about 2ish years but haven't in a while and am a little rusty, but I have a passion for storytelling and want to craft an epic but still fun story with my players and do my best to utilise their backstories to my main plot to the best of my abilities, so as such if you are just trying to make a min maxed character with no personality and no interest in character growth and story, know that I am not the DM for you (note that there is nothing wrong with that, it is just that I want my players to really create a character with a story in mind first than worry about mechanics afterwards).
Some Information about the campaign:
As of 11/16/2021 we have only had 2 session so you would be joining pretty much at the beginning, with a Level 3 character
We play over Discord and Use Roll20 for combat
Our current party is:
Rogue/Wizard
Bard/Warlock
Druid Circle of Stars
Life Domain Cleric
Here is a short description of the campaign
Welcome to the World known simply as The Forest, a magically fairy tale like land over run since it's inception by monsters known as Horror's created by powerful evil beings simply known as Witches. Your journey will take you to the Continent of Lowenweald an empire divided in to five smaller Kingdoms, together your party will take up roles as adventurers in Lowenweald's Hunter's guild as well as one of the guilds 4 factions, to slay monsters for glory and maybe find the secrets behind how the Witches came to be.
Finally here is a Google Form that is required for anyone who wants to join (I WILL NOT CONSIDER ANYONE WHO HASN'T FILLED OUT THE FORM):
