Looking for a game with good RP opportunities

Experience: I've been playing D&D since the 3.0 days, but started playing 5E in April 2021
Location/Timezone: GMT/UTC +9
Availability: I'm a homebody, so I'm free anytime Tuesdays and Sundays, after 8 pm Saturday. If you like to play later, I can join after 10 pm any other night. 
Preferred role: Player
Game style: I enjoy RP a lot and working with the lore of a setting as best I can. Fighting is fun and I like being tactical there, but I'm mostly about interacting with characters and being part of a story. PVP and torture a hard passes for me.
