I am looking for a group made up of 5 players, at most 6 players. This group will be my Alpha group. What I mean by that is, I am looking for group of individuals who are willing to set aside a certain amount of time “yet to be determined by group” on a certain day, also “yet to be determined by group”. Every week, consistently.
This world is a world of my creation that needs help being flushed out. I use D&D 5E as a core, but there are things I need help working out that are not 5E, This has homebrew rules as well.
New players who want to learn how to play or experienced players who are wanting to branch out and play with a new group. Bring a Friend or come alone.
If you are still reading, then let me tell you a bit about the game world you will be playing in.
It is an archipelago type world (world made up of islands). You are part of an island town that has never seen outsiders. The Island is constantly trying to kill the inhabitants. I would like you to make a human character, if you want to play another race you must clear that with me first. You are between 12 to 13 years old. You are getting prepared to take your right of passage into adulthood, which is a fast approaching 2 years away. There are three main houses that you can choose to enter.
The first house is the house of Shield (defense of city), the second is the house of Scythe (agriculture), and the third is the house of Tower (city building). Each house has sub-categories of course, but I will get into that if you choose to play during your character creation.
As of now we will most likely use discord for voice chat and the honor system for rolling. Please don’t abuse that. Be honest, because bad stuff happens during important moments all the time. That being said, you let the dice rolls be and I will make the story. As this is a story driven world. Yes, there will be combat, but fighting isn’t everything in life. Also, people die and so can your character if you do something dumb. But there might be a way to be brought back. That’s heresy of course.
Look forward to meeting you, and coming up with ways with which to bring excitement into your life. Also near death experiences.
