hey, I've played DnD with like... two groups. one was terrible because it went from a secret Santa thing (it was Christmas) and then it became some mystery in a tavern. I couldn't do anything because I was flat on my a** drunk (I rolled a nat 1 to see if I could resist alcohol influence). then we never played again because we had no regular gaming sessions and the DM or the majority of the group was too busy. my second group was a good alignment with me being evil (so that sucked) and most of the group quit due to scheduling errors. so the campaign was scrapped. I would love for a group that would help an inexperienced player onto their feet.
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: I am a D&D noob, but I am NOT new to roleplays. I have experience with text RPs both with group and 1x1 (just not with a DM besides those two ones I mentioned) Location/Timezone: eastern standard time Availability: I have high school and a job. so the only days I'm available is Tuesdays through Thursday in the evenings (I'm not trying to force it, but that's literally my only availability) Preferred role: DM / Player character: I would prefer to use Eledon, my half elf ranger that's part of a murder cult (neutral evil) but of course I'd be willing to make a new character to fit within the set campaign Game style: casual, rp, idc. i can do whatever
EDIT: changed it to match the recommended template

as an explanation to those who were curious. I played a elf rogue and we arrived at a beer stall. I ordered two and downed one, but my group told me elves have horrible alcohol tolerance and the DM had me roll to see how well I could hold my liquor... I rolled a nat 1 and spent the rest of the game on the back of our druid who shifted into an alligator to carry me. yea.. that happened at the very beginning
