some info about me i will keep this short. I am from ohio and also in the National Guard and my schedule is a little everywhere however So be Prepared in case of schedule changes last second. The army actually brought me to DND, however me Being a Dm and my style has changed over time in the few campaigns I have done. I am not a DM that's going To have 5-9 players at once and it take an hour before it's your turn. I don't do stupid encounters where it's a TPK. I don't do Guard rails i try to keep everything fresh for players and make them feel that it's less a campaign and more of them exploring the world and not a book. I won't make the campaign overpowered i will always give a feeling of danger and will do player backstory progression. I allow homebrew and other material however i ask that you source where it's coming from. so i can see and approve. I will probably agree to a lot besides starting as a Lich (back story on that lol). Also I have 2-3 different campaign ideas for the players that I be DMing. I rather give the choice to them then the other way around. give players a choice in it.

-1 other thing I won't being playing your character. I as the DM don't know there wants and desires. I don't know there drive. I don't know there motivations. YOU PLAY your character. BE YOUR Character. I will be rewarding players for roleplay that is based on the character and not the player themselves.

Good evening, My name is Cole, I am messaging you in Reference to your post on r/LFG. I have been playing for a few years in one long term campaign (2+years) and a few smaller 4-5 session campaigns. I take a heavy focus on roleplay and making decisions from my character's point of view and building my combat decisions and tactics based on what my character would do as opposed to what I would do as a player. The character I have been toying with is either a Reborn Grave Cleric of Selune Stitched from the parts of multiple holy people of different faiths, that has no memory of her former god and is searching for where her powers come from. or a Peace cleric who is really just a sleazy cult leader type, trying to pull one over on unwitting faithful. But I have definitely thought more about the first concept. I am also happy to be the guy who plays the barbarian/fighter frontline Martial class, as needed by the party!

Greetings! I've been playing D&D for a very long time, and have been a DM for most of it (so I know what goes into bringing a campaign to life). I'm definitely into story rich campaigns and fleshing out backstory along the way. I really enjoy playing off of other players and really seeing how everyone mixes together. I tend to build my characters to take on certain roles, so the party gets the most out of my presence. I've played nearly every class and have a stable of characters for each of them.
You're looking for 2 more, and one of my earliest players is on here looking as well. He has a similar mentality as I do in terms of play style, and your description seems like it's right up our alley. We just left a game that ended up having 9 players and it was a nightmare. We prefer smaller more intimate sized parties to really let those players shine. Together we are a package deal and I think we'd have a great time in your campaign.
