The seven bible thick books that King put out regarding his self proclaimed Magnum opus only cover two "paths of the beam," which Is only a small fraction of the world. It is my intention to create a story with other adventurers in the areas that haven't been written yet. I generally enjoy letting RP propel the story. It usually avoids a 'cart leading the horse' sort of feel. Currently there is no regulation on characters or classes. The only thing that I ask is that somewhere in your backstory you are able to include some sort of profound loss, grief or regret. If you haven't read the books it's perfectly fine. I'm just trying to gather interested parties to see if they're a good fit for the current campaign's goals. If it isn't, that's fine as well. Given the way I'm structuring the process of world building, we can just as easily set a new campaign with different alignments and goals. I will be pulling from the wiki for aspects of the world and it's lore for everyone's ease of access. The Group's session zero will determine around what path of the beam and what era our story will begin.
