Fae Detectives Who Are Gay and Nosy Try To Find Secrets Of The Universe [18+ Preferred][LGBTQIA+ Demanded]

I am a 21-year-old nonbinary queer person who is looking for a long-term DND group that loves to have an immersive roleplay experience. This campaign is going to be an amalgamation of adventures from the Candlekeep Mysteries book and some homebrew things as I would like for this to be more long-term. The setting of the game would start off with a Candlekeep Mystery where the characters are detective types, hired muscle for said detectives, or just passersby who got caught up in the other's investigations. It's going to be a more serious campaign where jokes and funny stuff is still allowed but is not a focal part of the overarching plot. 

Game: D&D 5e
Group type: Online on discord and roll20! I'm also looking into other DND-friendly player websites for visual references.
Experience: I have a few years of experience as a player and am now the forever dm in my friend group. I have DM'D a total of 5 campaigns with differing player amounts and experience.
Location/Timezone: I live in the CST timezone and we'd probably play around 2 CST when we do.
Schedule: Time as of right now is pretty flexible! But I would like to play at least once every other week if not once every week.
Roles sought: Looking for 4-5 players of any experience! I love working with new players and as someone who is still a little bit of a newer DM, it's a bit more relaxing that way! But experienced players are still welcome. I would love to have players that are willing to have characters whose backgrounds are integral to the plot and are given the chance to have a good amount of character development.
Game style: Deep Immersion Storytelling that focuses more on the plot and characters than action but there will still be a good amount of action. Roleplay heavy.

Hi there! I'm a 26 year old bisexual queer person (they/them or she/her). I'm in the CST time zone and am available all day on weekends (or weekdays after 5pm).

I'm brand new to D&D personally - I was invited to join a couple of friend's games in high school/college but at the time was stage managing a lot of shows so I could never keep a consistent enough schedule to play. But recently I've been really into watching streams and have been devouring lots of reviews and guide videos on YouTube, so I have a decent understanding of basic rules. I'm ready to dip my toes in and try out my first campaign! 

Your campaign sounds like my ideal style! I'm very much interested in role play and involved plots, and love solving puzzles and piecing together mysteries. Definitely interested in working with groups that choose characters for role play opportunities and not just min-maxing combat. I do like jokes and lighthearted moments sprinkled in, but am definitely looking for something more serious and not quite as off-the-walls while I'm still learning roleplaying and mechanics. Plus, what could be better than Being Queer and Solving Crimes? :)

I'm a huge role-play lover and have been a DM for more than 5 years.
For a tiny bit of info for me as a person, I study art where I mostly focus on history and creating high fantasy works.
As a player, I'm open to any thematics of the campaign and love to be involved as much as possible in things like rp, puzzles, ect

Also one of my biggest pet peeves as a dming is people not showing up or being late so I very much so live by that to try and never miss a session unless it's an emergency.
