The Sword Coast Explorer's League is a new West Marching server with a focus on story and fleshing out characters individually. The server started up just last Friday, the 25th, so everyone is still fresh. The campaign takes place in as you can guess the Sword Coast, more specifically Waterdeep and Mount Hotenow. We plan to expand this area as we have more time to flesh out the world and add DMs. We also are making sure each player gets their own oneshot for their individual character utilizing their backstory to introduce them into the world. DMs: We are trying to keep a small group of at least semi-experienced Dungeon Masters so we can better communicate stories ideas, what has happened in each of our sessions, and weave stories together. Players: The server is meant to tell the tale of many individual characters and because of that each character will need more attention. We are keeping the server on the smaller side, stopping it at around 20 players or so.
