Seasoned DM looking for 1 player to fill in a slot for a campaign in progress. The world is entirely homebrew with DnD lore elements. It is considered a High difficulty Chaos Campaign. Player will start at level 2 and setting for this campaign is starting out in a school setting. It is on Mondays at 6pm cst. hey im interested in the monday campaign. my names Louis, i would prefer to play a rogue, but if theres already a rogue and no healer i can play a druid to provide heals for the group. i would like to know the group composition before i decide. my play varies on the character im gunna play. i cooperate with the party, look to accomplish the group's tasks and primarily have fun. i just wanna play

Interested in your Wednesday campaign. Tiefling of Kyton descent, Sorcerer with Metal affinity Profane (rather than Divine) Soul, reskinned standard spells using chains and blades (think Cenobite). Looking to gain power and affiliated with cult of Loviatar but has no desire to gain rank in the clergy. LN, sees opportunity in Chaos. I can play either campaign! Both work fine for me however, I would prefer to join Wednesday because it works a bit better.
I have a few years of experience, my play style is mostly focused around Roleplay and trying to stay in character and giving detail in my actions (and that includes in combat), the rest is utility to the campaign and combat. I usually tend to fill roles when it comes to what class I do but I have some preferences.
I would love to play either my Satyr Bard who's backstory is essentially he owns a tavern with his childhood friend that can be accessed off of woodland trails nearby or leading to cities/towns via a fey magic "portal" entrance. He has a thirst for adventure and exploring the realm and he offers a kind of base or haven for the party as well as two NPC ideas for the story: his childhood bff Typall the Behemoth (half-orc) and a servant fueled/created by fey magic to help run the bar that goes by Basil.

I also have a half-ogre Barbarian. He was raised for 3 years by his parents then stuff went down and he had to be raised by bears until he was coming upon his teenage years; he was then found by a group of dwarves from a powerful merchant guild and taken in. He now travels (in his early adult years) not only to help escort merchandise and take mercenary jobs for pay, but to also find any info on his parent's and their whereabouts. 

I have plenty of other ideas and can easily make new characters on the spots with fully fleshed out stories while still allowing some DM creativity. I also have more details on these two backstories if needed! 

What day: Either. My schedule is flexible. Would prefer the Monday campaign based on starting level and premise.

Character race: Most, prefer Tiefling/Aasimar/etc but excited to try new options

Class: Most. Have experience with Wizard, Warlock, Artificer. Would like to try Sorcerer, Bloodhunter, Rogue, Monk, Bard or any class/subclass I haven't tried before.

Play style: I like story and roleplay. I actually prefer introducing my character midway through a campaign, but I'd prefer a memorable entrance that fits the story. No "You meet her on the road to (Quest) and immediately join up" or "She happens to be at the inn and you immediately join up." unless that's all you can fit in. But mostly I'm good with whatever; I'm adaptable and versatile. I would like to make a character that suits your story, campaign and world by communicating with you as we go.

When it comes to in-party conflict, IC or OOC, my usual approach is to talk things out openly first, and if that doesn't work out have my character act how i believe she would naturally act and let the dice fall where they may. But I would prefer to play along the lines of chaotic good or at least chaotic neutral.
