When I was a kid, I used to play all the time with my brothers (5 of us). As we got older and moved out and on with our lives we saw each other less and less and our weekly games went to monthly, then stopped. I find myself 35 years later in a position where I can start to play again. I'm looking for a long term campaign group to roll with for a EST weekly game. Typically I'm available from 7 - 7:30pm to 11 - 11:30pm. Remote would be preferable as I've got little ones.
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online / Face-to-face / Experience: Veteran to AD&D 1st edition and 2nd edition New to D&D 5e Location/Timezone: Baltimore / EST Availability: Most days but would prefer Thursday or Saturday 7-11:30pm Preferred role: Player - Cleric main if that dies Barbarian Game style: Casual long term campaign from most any content, good mix of mystery, action, puzzles, and RP. I'm not picky as long as everyone has fun.
Cheers. I am in similar boat, but I probably didn't play as long. I am just starting get back into the game as well. Do you have any particular adventure/setting you want play.
I'm down for anything really. Just looking for a campaign for 4-5 others to have some good fun. Some walking around town, get some supplies, go out looking for an adventure, stumble into a mystery, cast some magic. hit something with a hammer... you know typical adventurer shenanigans. *DnD kid voice* "I wana raid a dragon horde".
Hey there, I'm same as u but I'd be willing to DM, I forsee longterm commitment, not too serious campaign with all the quirks of dnd u would expect. It's been a while that I've dm so I would appreciate some patience and understanding as well. If u guys interested AlaySky#9325 if interested.
As a 35+ dude, I'd love to jump on this wagon if we're getting a band together. Any of the days and times listed in OP works; have 1.5 years experience in a campaign and I'm good for a long term commitment. Stable work and life so can count on me to be there (haven't missed a session yet and that includes a cross country move!).
I'm in it for the adventure, fun, and jokes. I tend to RP well (I think?) and tend to love a skewed split 60/40 or more towards the RP and story over combat/riddles/puzzles. Looking for like minded folks.
Add me on discord (Monte#5818) or message me here if you're interested in adding another for "online". Baltimore would be too long a trip for my Canadian butt :P
Wonderful!!! Last time I played full-time was in high school (about 30 years ago); but I've fallen in love with Critical Role (which my eldest son introduced me to) and the 5e manuals (of which I own most on DnDBeyond). I am looking to join in on a like-minded group who are looking to adventure and have wonderful player character arcs and backstories. Needless to say, a DM who is capable of handling things like downtime and travel arcs, as well as not just hand out magic items all of the time, would be fantastic.
Are we looking for Lvl 1-?? long term or something more like Lvl 10-?? (can still be long-term)...just curious.
