Game: Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition Group type: Online using D&D Beyond for character sheets, Roll20/Foundry for virtual tabletop, and Discord for voice. Experience: Several years of DM'ing experience. Players of all experience levels welcome. Game style: Your typical mix between the 3 pillars of D&D: Combat, Exploration, and Roleplay, tailored towards my players' preferences.
Payment: 15$ per session via PayPal. Sessions typically last about 4 hours. Session Zero and Session One are free so you can get a feel for it. In my experience, paid games have higher levels of commitment from all involved, which tends to increase everyone's enjoyment.
Age/Maturity: Being able to relate to my players is important, so I would prefer people around my age (20's/30's) or older. Minimum 18+. I expect my players to adhere to a pretty basic Code of Conduct which can be summarized as "play nice and have fun, as long as you don't ruin other's fun", and is further outlined on Discord.
Campaign Length: I'd love to run a long term campaign that lasts for years, but its really up to the players. Starting out with official adventure modules combined together with some home-brewed elements should give us years worth of content to play.
Character Creation: I use a modified array of 17, 15, 13, 12, 10, 8 with a "floating racial" option (or Tasha's), and even the possibility of purchasing a feat. I like to allow for customization without the potential for someone to feel left out because they rolled poorly. Get creative with your backstory so I can tie it into the game and make your experience more meaningful. Full details are on Discord.
House Rules: I don't like to go too crazy with house rules, because I want my players to get an experience that still feels like D&D. I run some fairly common modifications for healing potions, flanking, and critical hits, as well as the "I know a guy..." rule (a.k.a. the Lando rule). Find out more on Discord.
Professional DM: I'm invested in providing a quality D&D experience; I have a Master Tier D&D Beyond subscription for content sharing and character sheet management, a Pro Roll20 subscription that enhances the game with dynamic lighting and API scripting, a Syrinscape subscription for ambient music and sound effects, as well as a Level 1 boosted Discord server for higher quality audio. I greatly value feedback and constructive criticism, as I'm a firm believer that there is always room for improvement.

[The Professor turns pale.] You say Raka is gone!? What happened? Well, guess a toast to the fallen is called for here. My friends, I think we should keep our eyes open for someone to strengthen our group now. Not saying anyone could replace Raka. But we should -- replace Raka... Yeah, would be nice if someone interested in writing our version of Call of the Netherdeep (we are playing one of the small 1-3 ones from the Guide to Wildemount in preparation/ for group building) would join us.
Hi! I’m interested in joining your Friday night campaign if you still have room. I’m a beginner, but I’ve played DnD before so I have some familiarity with the rules.
Thursday and Friday are full, but we're looking for a couple more players for Mondays (Icewind Dale) and Tuesdays (Saltmarsh). Reply here or message me for details!
