DM looking for 1 more player for biweekly Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus (April 2022)

Our party is currently comprised of a Rouge, a Wizard, a Warlock and a Sorcerer. Ideally, we're looking for a front-line to replace our Paladin who just left. But we're also flexible. It really depends on your character ideas.

Experience: 2.5 year
Location/Timezone: Dallas/CST
Schedule: Sunday 2pm CST. Session is 3 hours long.
Roles sought: 1 player (current party has 4 people)

Hello everyone my name is Victor (29m) and I've been DMing for about 2 years and a half, initially face-to-face but then switched to online due to the pandemic. I picked up DnD in late 2019 and Since then it has become my biggest hobby.

Here's some basic details. More info will be shared in my Discord server:

• Our schedule is going to be BI-WEEKLY with a potential of being weekly every now and then whenever my schedule can afford it. 
• We're using Discord for voice chat, group announcement and discussion.
• I'm self-hosting the game via FoundryVTT and the group joins via web browser. No signup of any sort is needed.
• Character sheets will be created/maintained via DnDBeyond. I have created a campaign there and shared related sources/materials with the group. Your characters will be imported to Foundry VTT and they will also be synced back to DnDBeyond when needed.
• Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge is recommended.
• Classes/races from PHB, Xanathar or Volo. Homebrew materials must be approved.

Requirement:

- Good/consistent internet. If you live within the states, that's going be a big plus since it's less likely to have lags or delays. 

- A good microphone or headset with mic. 

- Let the group know if you can't make it.

As a DM, I'm most interested in the following qualities in my players: 

- Being respectful of the others.

- Open-minded.

- Clear communication.

- Passion. 

- Willing to help/assist/guide the others in group. 

- Having fun. 

- Enjoy role-playing. You don't have to be good at it but being able to enjoy it means a lot to the group.

- Big plus if you've played DnD before or have previous experience with any virtual table top software (Roll20, FoundryVTT, Fantasy Ground, etc)

My wife and I would love to join your campaign and play instead of DM for a change, and have submitted our applications per the above, including a contact email in case Discord farts out for some reason (don't use it as much as other platforms, so it's a bit unfamiliar). We have characters already prepared, but are open for modifications if necessary if you end up selecting us.
