Looking to join a weekday evening group (Novice)

Game: D&D 5e
Group preferred: Online
Experience: I used to play 3rd edition about 6 years ago. I haven't played much since
Location/Timezone: I travel for work so my time zone will flip flop between est and pst
Availability: Weekdays after 7pm est(4pm pst)
Preferred role: Player
Game style: Roleplay with some quick combat mixed in. I don't want an entire session to be just one fight.

A little bit about myself. I'm a ten year navy vet. I work as an electrical engineer that travels most weeks. I've watched Acquisition inc and critical role and felt like I wanted to join in on some of that fun so here I am.
