You have been hired by Lady Calaveere, of the Calaveere House in Waterdeep, for a very important task. You have been quested to travel to the town of Red Larch and await the delegates of Mirabar. You will be escorting them back safely to Waterdeep. These delegates are making the long and treacherous journey from the far north as guests of Waterdeep for the sole purpose of drafting a union between nations. This has been a plan in the making for half a decade and it all boils down to this.
Being selected for such a delicate task comes with its own hurdles. On the one hand, a job well done could easily set you up for a life time of riches and gratitude. On the other hand, there are many who are watching, and some who would prefer that this union fail.
There are dark forces at play in the Sword Coast. While the realm attempts to attain peace across the region, between man and dwarf, there are others who simply wish to see the realm collapse into turmoil. The gates of the 4 elements are soon to open and through, a flood of Evil called forth from multiverse will descend on the realm. Will you help attain peace between the nations?
GAME DETAILS:
4 - 6 players
For ages 18+
Experience: All levels of experience are welcome
Campaign should run from level 1 to level 13
Start time: Monday's at 10:00 pm EST/ 9:00pm CST/7:00pm PST
Session Zero on 05/23/22 will be at a reduced $5, but normal sessions are $20 via startplaying.games
Weekly 3 hour sessions, including a 10 min break
Voice chat is required via Discord.

Animated spells and attacks
CODE OF CONDUCT:
NO Bullying, hazing, or otherwise picking on a fellow character. You are a team and as such will treat each other with respect.
NO Torturing or slaving captured NPCs
NO Sexual content (sweet talking may be used as a form of persuasion but ONLY with NPCs)
NO Shutting down other players ideas or actions.
Each player has a chance to voice their thoughts or intent. If you say "My character will try..." then we will play out the outcome. If you ask the party for their opinion, then that action can be decided upon by the group (in or out of character). There are no wrong answer or suggestions.

The town of Red Larch is a quaint little town housing several folks. The local quarries keep the town progressing forward. Every 7th day the market square is filled with traveling vendors selling all sorts of curious and unique items found or made by the proprietors themselves.
Session Zero is tonight on 5/23! We have room for anyone looking to take a trip to Red Larch and see what sort of Knick Knacks the traveling market sells. We are still looking for at least 3 players to properly start the campaign.
Come join us as we discover the local region and the mysteries a small town such this may have.
With the release of Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse now is the perfect time to roll up a new character and enjoy some of the updates made to the races of D&D.
Let's kick off this campaign with some fun and exciting characters and take a trip up the Long Road as you await the Mirabar Delegates in Red Larch.
