Game: D&D 5e Group Type: Online Experience: Any Location/Timezone: UTC Schedule: Sunday any time Game style: Long Term Campaign, pre-written module
Hi, I am Alexey. I would like to invite you for a journey, playing Dragon of Icespire Peak adventure (and possibly others).
I am new to DMing, with some experience of playing DnD before. So, if you are a new player, we can learn and enjoy the game together, and if you are an experienced player, I hope to learn and seek advice from you, if you are willing to give me one.
The game will take place on Sundays, the exact timing is up to the group. We will be using voice chat on Discord and Roll20.
Also, please take into consideration, I do not have the luxury to use paid features on DnD Beyond, Roll20, etc. We will be using free materials available on the Internet.
If you are interested, please respond to this thread with the following:
Your level of experience in DnD?
What sort of character you would like to play?
Would you like to have a proper session 0 (a separate meeting where you can create your characters as a group)?
'Ello! Might be interested, depending on what starting time is, since I can't play after certain point.
1. Highly Experienced, played a lot, too much I must add.
2. Probably Chaotic Anything (except evil). I enjoy being comic-relif and just making people laugh at my antics and/or mistakes. Not limited to only that though, I can probably play pretty much anything. But I do prefer comedic(ish) characters, but not a joke ones.
3. Perhaps! People often already have idea for what they want to play. Making session 0 into session 0.5, maybe would be better.
I am tentatively interested, but there is a very limited time frame that I can play in. Also, and I realise this might be a bit of a silly question, but I assume that we can use any resources we already own on DnD Beyond for characters, right?
Moving on:
1: Fairly new to the game, with one long term, still ongoing campagne under my belt.
2: I have a number of characters I want to play, but personality wise, probably chaotic something. Not evil though, I dont think I could actually pull that off.
3: Having watched a lot of DnD horror story videos, ALWAYS do a session 0 so everyone knows where they stand, rules and any potential landmines other players might have. It just makes for a better all around experience if everyone has a chance to put their cards on the table and say 'I dont want this in the game'. Plus, its a good way to break the ice and get everyone talking. Says the introvert.
1. Fairly experienced, I have DM'd a couple of one-shots and played in two campaigns
2. I have a couple of characters that I have in my character binder, hard part now is deciding which one to play. For the most part their alinements are neutral.
Heya! I'd definitely be down, any time on a sunday would probably work for me.
1. I've got about three years of on and off experience with playing the game, mostly from the DM side of the fence.
2. I currently think I want to play a character that is highly tactical, like a combat support character, probably erring on the side of good, but lawful doesn't feel right.
Hi! My name is Nick and I'm completely new to D&D.
1) I've watched a couple of streams and read the free books though so guess all I need now is practice.
2) Since I don't have tons of experience I won't say I have a fully designed charachter yet. I dig druids and warlocks and maybe a neutral good alignment, but I'm open to recommendations.
1. I am a fairly new player in DnD but i have a pretty good grasp on things.
2.I have a backup character that im DYING to play. its a minotaur warlock who trained all their life to become a barbarian but in a time of despererity he became a warlock.
3.Considering i need a little help setting up my character ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!
(I am a 12 year old so if that matters hit me up on discord Dr.Citradelic#9433

Rather interested and can probably do afternoons GMT timewise.
1. I'm very new to DnD beyond, only played DnD twice before with family so very little experience several years ago.
2.I don't really mind, I do however have a chaotic neutral ranger in my character designs.
3. I don't really mind.
