I am the main DM on a small and fast growing twitch channel https://www.twitch.tv/forgedatthetable and I have been thinking of putting together a short campaign (12-20 sessions) for 4-5 new players, players that have less than 6 months with D&D. The campaign would be heavily focused story and character development and rp and while there would be combat it would be story-driven and not random.
You can check out my style over on our channel and if interested drop me a line here if you wish or at forgedatthetable@gmail.com
Right now consider this me putting out feelers for interest and if the interest is there I will move forward on this. Please respond to the email or here on this thread.
Required: Headphones and mic, Discord, and while not a requirement a cam would be a bonus. Also a stable internet and distraction free environment.
Are you looking for new Roleplayers in general or just new to the current edition of D&D. I personally just got back into d&d 5e after playing other systems for years.

Right looking for new roleplayers, however I might have spots for just people new to 5e, we are running several games on our channel.
Hey I'm on EST and I'm free Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights (but not this week) until late. I can do weekly or biweekly on these nights consistently but have other times available as well if discussed ahead of time. I'm brand new (literally played like 1 session) and haven't used Discord before, but I've got some experience with DnD Beyond if you use that. If you have any free slots or someone drops out let me know and I can send my info.
I wouldn't mind joining, let me know the level starting and when I'd love to join it sounds like fun, I already have a discord so if you want to message me further about this on discord let me know i'll send my info
I think I am out seeing all the EST folks ;) Also I am a DM myself for 20 years now and played all D&D versions until now.. but am fairly new to the 5e... in fact.. preparing a campaign myself for my own group. Have fun I will keep an eye on the Twitch channel :D
Very new to DnD in general, have only been playing since January with a few friends online and a first time DM. I am EST and generally free evenings but Fri/Sat's tend to work well if it's going to be a later time. Depending on the day I could play weekly or every other week. Have really enjoyed the game thus far but we are all not really getting to into the RP, not sure why but maybe it's just the group itself.
If folks have not checked out the twitch channel yet, I highly recommend doing so as it will give you a good idea of the style of play (look at the last episode of adventure weekly or the Long Road in the vids section) as well as give an idea of the stream this campaign would be on.

Hey :)
what timezone would this be in? As I am in Central Europe it might be tricky if you are in an American Timezone and want to play in the evenings ;)
Cheers

Hey, EST (evenings only) here, complete newb to DnD, apart from reading a few things here and there and binge-watching Critical Role.
Have Discord and a few characters in mind, let me know if you still have spots open!

Just a note: We will be contacting folks about this campaign next week and hope to have a group of 4-5 players and a start date shortly there after 😁
