New DM with 2 current players. Currently running through Dragon of Icespire Peak. I have played some. I am a very laid back DM that supports home-brewing to a degree, just don't be busted. Backstory, backstory, backstory, I honestly believe a good character to play has a backstory the player is attached to; trust me, we'll both enjoy your backstory. The main point is mostly, if its in the book, its the code...like the pirate code...its more just guidelines....Either way, I am working on a homebrewed game while we complete the 4 book 5e campaign I have. I am slowly building up my book collection and do pay for the share package. So you will have access to the books. I support rolling your own dice, and leave that to an honor system. The other two players in the game are a psychotic paladin and a pirate based monk. If you are familiar with the campaign, they just finished killing the Thunder boar at the Circle of Thunder. They have encountered Cryovain once, but were lucky enough to evade undetected. A home-brewed side quest was opened by their evasion, and the local mayor's daughter has been abducted, and Cryovain has chosen to keep her alive for an undetermined amount of time. The Mayor has sent mail to Neverwinter requesting additional aide, and offered all party members free services from the local vendors. The party members are currently lvl 5 with 8,150 EXP currently. I offer starters a 10000 GP equipment bundle to build a character for this campaign. In future campaigns this will change. This is just a foreplay game for me to learn, so PLEASE critique me, tell me what I am doing wrong, respectfully please, and we will grow together. I do plan on streaming this to Twitch if everybody is okay with being on stream. Any questions please let me know!!
Yea that is absolutely fine. I can keep this off stream for now until I get a better hang of playing. If yall just let me know when is your best times to play so I can hammer out a schedule that is best for everybody
Me and two of my friends are looking to join a 5e campaign, preferably long term. We're all experienced players.
Respond here if you're interested. No paid games or Westmarches(or similar).

We're interested in playing but we wouldn't want to appear on stream. Is that a prohibitive issue or could we still join?

Also, voice chat is an option, we currently operate via the Playstation party for voice chat, but will be migrating over to Discord within the week
Thank you for the offer but we have found a game and are no longer looking
