New-ish player for group

Hey all,

This is the newest leg of my adventure in seeking out a party to join. I started 3 years ago and managed to find two groups. I had to leave one when our DM had a personal incident that left the group aimless. The other imploded while I was away on my honeymoon, and so I never got to defeat the witches.

I don’t mind playing on Zoom or Discord and am flexible with using different platforms. I have more familiarity with the  5E system, but am not against going into a new system. 

previous characters have included a rogue, which I do not have the right attitude for, and a noble. Turns out I’m really good at playing pretentious. Moving forward, I’d like to play a halfling druid and already have him fleshed out. I’m gonna call him Wicket, but introductions can come later.

I’m in CST and generally can play any day, although best days are:

Tuesday and Wednesday anytime.

Thurs-Mon after 7.

Hello Lady Fang,

I hadn’t thought of just building a group, but that sounds like a solid enough plan ha. I suppose the hardest part will, like always, be finding a DM. If we can get 2 or 3 more players, I’ll start a thread and change the title to Group looking for DM :)

Do you have any scheduling preferences? What kind of player were you thinking of playing? 

I have dance next week but this week I’m free so we could do it this week

I like that enthusiasm, but I don’t think the game is going to start this it next week. Still have to find a couple more players and a DM who’s ready to start.
