Brand New to D&D - Looking for a Group and MAJOR Guidance

I've never played D&D, but I'm really interested in learning. I'm open to joining a group of new players or a group of very patient veterans. No discord, unfortunately. PDT time zone. Adult. I can mostly play in the evenings.

hi im new to dnd and i want to play it but i dont know anything 

I'm trying to set up a group of minors (12-16) and so if any of y'all fit the age requirement we would be happy to let you join. Also I am a fairly experienced player so I can show you guys the ropes if you join.
