Game: Blinx the Timesweeper TTRPG

This is the first ever Blinx the Timesweeper TTRPG made by yours truly. It is a derivative system of D&D 5e with quite a few big changes. Entirely new character creation, new classes, new sub-classes, new weapons, new magic system, new stat system...

Games will be held on Discord with custom character sheets and battle maps on Owlbear Rodeo.

Prerequisites:
- You must already know how to play D&D 5e as this is a derivative system and would be too complicated for those who have never played D&D before.
- You must be willing to try new things.

Preferences:
- You should probably already like Blinx The Timesweeper
- I prefer people who have DMed before, or even forever DMs who are looking to play something a little different for a change.

Story:
Many years have passed in the timesweeper world. Plenty of chiefs have come and gone and everything remained the same more or less. In recent years however, the time monster problem has become increasingly worse. People look to the Chief of Timesweepers, but after constant mismanagement of resources, the population grows tired.

With the new Chief, Lenoit Debeaux, sworn in, things have only gotten worse. To keep the nation running, he has lead with a heavy hand, calling for more order, all the while time monsters are becoming a serious problem. Rather than facing the issues brought upon previous Chiefs, he pins the blame on the people.

Eventually, some have had enough, and a civil war breaks out into two factions. There are the Loyalists who still believe in the the Chief, and believe that the unity of peoples can lead to peace and prosperity. Then, there are the Reformists, lead by Ander Pershing, who seeks to overthrow the Chief, and start a new era for timesweepers where the people govern. The reformists, while they have a noble cause, are often seen as renegades who use the war as an excuse to cause trouble for the people they claim to protect.

Unfortunately the war comes with its consequences. As resources become more and more strained by the ongoing fighting, time monsters begin to make it into cities. More people are forced to choose sides when their cities are taken over by either faction otherwise they are exiled.

You must choose a side, and fight for the peace of the timesweepers.

I have played D&D for 6 years and would love to join the campaign. I was wondering if it was on discord or not because that will determine if I can or can't join.

 Yes, we'll be playing on discord.

It's possible to do it on something else. Discord is just more convenient because I can put the dice bot and music bot there.
