My friend (they/she, 22) and I (she/her, 26) are looking for a campaign to join on Sundays after 4pm PST! We’re hoping for a Homebrew campaign with a heavy focus on RP and incorporating backstories into the overall storyline. We would like something that’s a bit sandbox-y but we're open to others!
We want an 18+ game, with voice on Discord, and preferably Roll20 for vtt. However, we’re open to learning another as long as it’s free! We do not want a paid game. We’d prefer games to last at least 4-5 hours (it just gives us enough time to do things). Also a preference for a party of 4-5, as we find that’s the best number to play with. But we're open to max 6.
It would be nice to have a setting that can be both lighthearted and whimsical and psychologically thrilling and scary. Depending on where you go and what you do. And we’d ultimately prefer a rule of cool DM who allows all published material!
We’d like to roll for stats, with a merciful system of doing it. We’re not minmaxers but a DM who lets their players feel powerful and cool is our cup of tea. No gritty stuff. We’re very easygoing and fun-loving and sociable so it shouldn’t be hard to fit into a game!
Our hard no’s are sexual assault/abuse, extreme or graphic child/animal harm or death, incest, and anything remotely gross like that. Cheating in relationships is also not a fun one for us.
We’re actually open to creating a group too! If any DMs or players wish to apply and make one! Right now we’re locked in at a cleric and fighter and we’d prefer the party to all have different classes so they can feel special and unique in their own way.
PS. We love exploring deep and meaningful character relationship dynamics with pcs and npcs, and romance in particular in our games! Not ERP. So if that is not your thing, we are probably not the duo right for you.
Hi! Are you open to new players in the group? I (she/her, 35) am a newbie to tabletop RPGs, but have been looking for a group to join for a while to get my feet wet, and your game sounds like it could be just my speed. I'm on the east coast, but I can definitely work with your schedule.
This honestly sounds like it would be right up my (she/her) alley. I have a couple of years of dnd 5e. I have discord and plenty of characters built for games. The one I want to play most is a half Elf half Orc tap dancing bard. She is a lover of women and will flirt with a shadow. Lol. Darcy is just a happy go lucky girl who doesn't want to be the Barbarian her family wants her to be.
Hey folks!
