Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online / Foundry VTT & D&D Beyond + Discord Experience: All walks Location/Timezone: N-A East Coast, EDT Schedule: 9pm to midnight, Saturdays, Weekly Roles sought: 4-6 Players Game style: Rp / Exploration / Combat mix - Serious campaign with lighter moments and shennanigans / Immersive, dark gritty world; Steampunk + High Fantasy/Magic
Stokedown is a small warehouse town along the lightening rail path, in Breland. Ravaged more times than the archives have documented, the small town shows signs of renovations upon renovations. This recovering town holds its share of problems however, with a lot of it's population struggling to make ends meet, and a known population of urchins, orphans and homeless denizens.
The adventure begins in this town, as a bunch of misfits, orphans and urchins around 8 years of age trying to survive in the world. The group is protected and works under Maverick, an older kid of 13 years old who manages you and helps make sure you survive. Under the town's main overpass, next to the sewage run, is a small complex of natural caves that you call home.
To apply, reply here (or DM me) with your name, race choice or choices, experience level and what type of game you want to play. We'll have a small discussion to see if this is the table for you. Opened to assisting to session 0 as a trial.
Hey there! This looks very unique and interesting and I would love to apply to be part of the table! Without further ado here are the answers to the questions in your post:
Name: Toto
Age: 23
Race Choices: Human, Dragonborn or Tiefling
Experience Level: Have played DnD off and on again for the past 7 years! Have also DM'd two campaigns, though with my busy work-school life I would much rather be a player than DM at the moment! Hence the application to your campaign.
Preference of Game: I always enjoy RP and story over anything else, so I enjoy a DM who is passionate and good at playing their NPC's, and especially those that are important to the story. Combat is fun of course! I play the game and act realistic to my own character and how I present them, but I always love tables that are fun and friendly!
If you have any more questions or want to reach out to me, feel free to contact me on Discord: Toto#1725
Hey, I was curious if you still had an open spot at your table. I've roleplayed for a couple of years but never DND and yours looks like a lot of fun. A little bit about me; You can call me Ivy or Clock, don't care which. I'm 20 and pretty open to most types of games I just like heads up if it's turning from say a PG scenario to a rated R one so I'm not blindsided. From the description you've given, I think the game could start out either like a Lost Boys from Peter Pan or maybe Promised Neverland (kinda). I don't have a preference I just want my DM to have as much fun as everyone else.
I'm thinking of either an Eladrin elf or a human. I have both characters already drawn up. The Elf is already in the DND format but I played with the Human a few years ago for an elemental RP with some former friends so I would just need to change her format.
If you have questions don't be afraid to reach out. I do enjoy playing games with others! :)
