Homebrew wasteland campaign looking for players

For details about the campaign, the land now referred to as the "Wasteland" was once a luscious grassland with rolling hills controlled by two equal nations. These two nations went to war to conquer the other, but neither could gain enough advantage to defeat the opposition. After a century of war, a twin comet crashed between each nation assumingly destroying both and leaving a magical barrier around the land incapable of being pierced through by any means. Until 22 years later, the magical barrier has gaps in which is now passable through. What was found in was a strange grassland covered in a strange light blue grass with no living animal to be seen, instead what was found was 5 different magical crystals attuned to different types of magic. Your party has been hired by Rucky the gnome to go find 2 crystals inside for gold. If you are interested my discord is BeepBoop#2303.
