Game Style and Details

Multiple independent bounty hunters are following similar trails and will find themselves intertwined in multiple plot lines that are weaved into an overarching story of intrigue... which means it's super easy to hop into after the game has started!

The Live Text Sessions will occur every Wednesday from 9am PDT to 12pm PDT and the game will be continued in between sessions at a posting rate of one to three times a day through the Play by Post Style

The Game requires a minimum of 3 players to start, with the Session 0 being on the 14th! You may contact me here or at ( Wrought Of Dabo#1919 ) on Discord, compensation for the service occurs through Start Playing Games

Characters are starting at level three; they've been through some experiences already! I will help players make their characters via text or call before they jump into the game :)

Game Description

The Holy State of Mealvaoia is beginning to feel the tremors of disbelief, even rejection, pulsing out of the Eastern colonies of Chihuapas. These subjects of Selvar’s chosen empire dare to question their divine authority, making accusations that they have been negligent of their needs, taxing them relentlessly without providing them any services associated with the lost wealth of their colonies. Word just reached the throne that the Anacanco and Otaniari territories had multiple missions burnt to the ground by organized insurrectionaries that are actively advocating for a revolution against their motherland

Flat. Out. Treachery.

How selfish of these subjects to consider waging war against Mealvaoia, who bent over backwards to build them up to be where they are now. How greedy of them to not accept the task of repaying Selvar their debt that they accrued while they struggled to find footing in that inhospitable hellscape that they tamed into being their home

Father Amdis pushed open both sides of the stained glass French door of his Vinha Mission. As he strode out, his white cloak billowed on the evening’s breeze and his long black hair fluttered out of his hood and flirted against the olive complexion of his upper chest that peaked out of his cloak

Amdis walked across the great balcony that separated him from the market below the Mission. He stood there, with a confidence that could only be found by someone as entitled as him, while waiting for the crowd beneath him to take notice of his presence

With the sun setting behind Amdis, casting layers of pink, orange, and purple against his silhouette, the population of Vinha muttered amongst themselves about what Amdis could possibly want this time

“Los recuerdos, citizens” the population fell silent as his voice cut through their murmurs, “I bear unfortunate news” he involuntarily smiled as his words slithered down to the market. “The cost of defending our Western territories from the Roslavic has grown too great to be covered by the taxes of their colonies, so it has now fallen upon you to invest in their safety. Like the Holy State of Mealvaoia, you too will raise others to greatness. From this day on all fish sold at the market will have a raised value tax to 13 percent tacked on. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter”

Needless to say, that Mission was burnt down the following night with Father Amdis in it, and you're after the bounties placed on the revolutionary's heads. Embark on a thrilling and heart wrenching adventure in an early 1800's Colonial Mexico influenced campaign and delve into the turmoil of conflicting interests and pressing decisions. Who will you be? A heartless bounty hunter? A revolutionary saboteur? A runaway slave looking to feed their family?

How to Prepare

There's no need for solo preparation before we get into contact, I want to help players shape their background since there's quite a few things different in this world than in a traditional fantasy game, if you're joining in after the adventure has already started you'll get your own mini session 0 just for yourself!
