Hey all, my name is Kain (24 he/him), I’ve been GMing quite a while and have run about 2 games a week since January of this year because this is something I’ve fallen in love with doing so this would be by first paid game with a homebrew campaign I’ve been working hard on for quite some time now with the hopes of finding people here who might be interested! I’m aiming to start a hopefully longer term game on Fridays, weekly, at 8pm CST and I’m looking to put together a party of 5-6 people! The price will be $10 per session.

The setting of the campaign is going to be a completely homebrew world, the world is already pretty expansive and always growing! It’s got a fairly standard 5e medieval setting, and I’m always happy to tell you anything about anywhere in the world you might be interested in! I can answer any questions you may have for me, however I fully encourage my players to create things for their backstory too. This is as much my story as it is yours! We are going to aim for a more balanced game, we will have a decent amount of combat too! I just like focusing on world-building and party-building, so not every session is guaranteed to have a fight but it won’t be really multiple sessions without one either. I think that any campaign should have strong roleplay moments as well as dynamic combats and quite a lot of exploration too, that way we all can create memories together!

We plan to use Roll20 for games, and Discord for Voice Chat.
To answer a few questions that some folks may have,
- Homebrew content is generally allowed as long as you run the content you want to use by me first for the okay!
- We’ll be starting the campaign at level 5 so that way we can start somewhere fun and I can really give everyone good combats!
- As far as starting gear goes, you would have whatever your class and background give you as well as a fair amount more that I’ll tell everyone more about in session zero!

We’ll be starting in the sleepy town of Snowden in the south of the country bordering a forest that exists in a perpetual winter for reasons only baseless rumors seem to try to explain. But that’s probably not what drew you to this place, what has brought you and a few others here is the promise of a surprisingly well paying job from a mysterious benefactor known as Saba Frostfly, a man known for being an important figure in the city as well as a rather rich and eccentric one. The job seems pretty straight forward on paper, just be the hired muscle for a caravan going south, however, you have a hunch that either it might not be that simple.

This game will be 18+ only, not due to content, just more in order to create a table for other adults!
