Availability: 9 am - 1pm, then after 6 pm

Game style: We are looking for a longterm dnd campaign, ideally not starting at level 1 (level 2 is fine). We have been playing the game for years and are looking for a Dm so we can play together again. Ideally the members of the game are all adults. We are fine with both official and homebrew worlds and adventures except dragon of icespire peak, descent into avernus, SKT, strahd, and lost mines of phandelver. Anything else would be perfectly fine. We are fine with homebrew but would like to know all table rules ahead of time.
