I'm looking for 2-3 players for a Wednesday Night Spelljammer campaign starting at level 1, I do have some house rules, but they're minor and only beneficial to players. This is online only using AboveVTT, D&D Beyond, and Discord Voice. I'm a pretty laid back DM and don't have many restrictions, but I prefer only WOTC officially released content, basically if you can make it on D&D Beyond, I'm cool with it. That being said, I use the following resources in my games:

• Sane Magical Prices (r/DnDNext)
• Tiefling Traits (Online resource)

These are all just to add some flavor to the world, but I list them so people are aware that I use a few different things to give said flavor. None of these introduce complex rules or systems for the players its just a bit more for me to track, but there it is. Additionally, I have a discord server that I utilize for house rules, games, and voice chat. If selected you will be asked to join the server and will need a mic to participate in games.

Finding food or shelter (whether having to steal or just scrounge what I could find,) I survived on the knowledge my mother passed on to me. Due to certain situations I am now in debt to a certain Lord in the town of Dwindbalt. Now I'm trying to ascertain my life back, and if necessary by any means to do so.

Jade was born on the winter solstice when magic was the strongest, and their mother died upon birth with his father only dying a few days later from heartbreak. Jade and his older sister were left by their brothers who viewed their parents death as jades fault so jade and his sister joined a traveling circus to make some pay until jades sister disappeared one day without a trace.

One sentence backstory/synopsis for your character: Dimlight is a very modest woman, and even dumber than that. She is charitable and kind beyond what is healthy for her, and was raised as an acolyte who was expected to go really far in the church, but she has a really hard time remembering the scripture/belief system/god's name/literally anything and everything to do with her religion. She realized she's really strong though, so she decided to give up the life of mediation to serve instead as a shield for those who cannot protect themselves.
