**SESSION 0 IS FREE** Orcs, lost dwarven cities, and rumor of great treasure! Finding lost weapons and violent orcs bring word of what we thought we'd never hear: THE LOST CITY OF KHUNDRUKAR HAS BEEN FOUND! Orcs are hiding away where Drugeddin the Black forged many great weapons, and hid treasure in deep vaults. He was put to the sword before being able to conquest for his homeland, and the weapons built in the forge of fury, as well as the wealth, were lost until now! Now, whether to collect bounty on conquering orcs, or map out the lost city/treasure, or to recover dwarven heirlooms, a party forms with plans to trek at the orc camp and uncover the lost Forge of Fury. Originally published in 2000 (3rd edition), this is the 5e version from WotC, with small changes made to fit DM style and little things adjusted so there are things for the players based on individual wants for the game. Estimated time is 10 sessions, with a Session 0 in front. Expect this campaign to be a 3-month commitment. Running Forge of Fury using TaleSpire. Expect your character to start at level 3 and go up to level 5.
Some basics...
YES, this is a paid campaign - PRICE IS $5 PER SESSION, Session 0 IS FREE so that you can see if the DM's style, the tools used, and everything else is up to your style. Why paid? Players commit when they spend money, and they're less likely to cancel. Also, the DM uses a fair amount of time (and some money) to create the campaign. This includes editing 3D maps, having notes, reviewing PC backstory, and calculating encounter difficulty for parties of different sizes. $5.00 per session is rather low.
Due to the campaign starting off slightly combat/tactical-focused, DM prefers at least *some* experience in 5e and DND, preferably at least 5 sessions.
Online game. Will use DNDBeyond and StartPlaying. You must have at least the free version of Zoom. TaleSpire is not required, but will add to the experience.
6:00 PM Arizona Time (no daylight savings). Game goes for at least 3 hours, but no longer than 4 hours. A 10-15 minute break is in the middle.
Roleplay and character voices are highly preferred. This is more of a "storm the fortress" than "interact with colorful locals" so please manage expectations when creating your character. Not the time to have an Orcs' Rights Activist or "no killing" cleric in the party.
Currently have 3 players, seeking another 1-3 players.
This is 5e Forge of Fury campaign, from WotC. Some elements have been changed for DM style and to better fit player's characters/interactions.
DM's strengths are often towards description of action, a willingness to reward creativity, and keeping a strong flow of the game. Voices are not often the strongest element of my style.
About the DM: I have a background in creative writing, which has helped me develop clear narrative/environments for my campaigns. Working on my HomeBrew campaign for 2 years now, and now moving on to doing 5e campaigns online. I enjoy creating small worlds and seeing what colorful characters fill them. I also enjoy painting minis, which is part of why I like the 3D environment of TaleSpire.
Group chat is on Discord.

1.) Do you have an idea for three characters for this campaign? 2.) Have you done at least 5 sessions in DND 5e before? 3.) What would most appeal to you as a campaign goal: Kill stuff for bounty rewards and revenge, save a village and while mapping the unknown, or diving into a cave for treasure?
