Game: Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition Group preferred: Online Experience: 8 Years exclusively 5e, Creative Writing & English Major Timezone: Central Standard Time Schedule: See below. Roles Sought: Call of the Netherdeep recommends and is balanced for 5 players. I'm going to try and get that many people, but if we can't, I can do some rebalancing, and if we (for example) only get four players, I might throw in a DMPC for balancing purposes, especially if the party needs it.
Using the skills I've learned over the years, I've been working hard to become a compelling DM for writing, and in the Corona Virus' uprising, I've been able to practice into making it a career. There will be roleplay-heavy content that will touch on a character's backstory at times in the adventure, and shall use Milestone leveling. I plan to use the prewritten Call of the Netherdeep adventure that I shall add my own twists onto, ensuring properly balanced encounters that are often rewritten for homebrew or story purposes, seeking to ensure that each player has a wonderful time. My sessions will be done over discord and roll20 (with a mixture of maps and theater of the mind on occasion). Furthermore, I'll be providing images to provide context. I can help you with your character sheet if you're confused, and I have access to all content and will be enabling content sharing in the campaign. I can also help with extending backstories and letting them fit in the world, and if you're a new player, I can also provide a prewritten character sheet with inspiration for the adventure.
2 Important Rules: -I have a three strike system. If you act in a way that makes people uncomfortable (and if others make you uncomfortable, tell me and I'll tell them) and don't stop, that'll be a strike. Three strikes and you'll be banned. This may be a Pay2Play, but just because you're paying doesn't mean you have a right to hold yourself over the other clients. -If you miss a game three weeks in a row without ever providing an explanation, you will be removed from the group.
Quotes from people I have DMed: “He’s able to use your character backstories in interesting and unique ways” “He’s good at working in plot twists and surprises to keep you on your toes” "He was the one that got me into dungeons and dragons!"
Price: I charge $15 per session, per player, for a 4-hour session (Session 0 is free, and my session 0 is actually more like a first session. Planning stages happen before the session, also for free.). Additionally, if you have loads of free time, I'm now offering 8-hour sessions for $30 per session! For if you really wanna lose yourself in the game.
Content Allowed: -No Rick+Morty Content! -No Playtest or UA Content! -Certain races either don't exist or have different names in Exandria, so just ask first!
