Game style: Our current group has been playing through Lost Mine of Phandelver over the past four months and will be starting the Icewind Dale published campaign soon. We are in search of a fourth player to join in so we can have a full party of four. The party is currently level 5 and will start the campaign at that level. Prospective players are welcome to start at level 5 or 1. The party consists of a Half-Elf Fighter (Dxilfyr), Half-Elf Cleric (Dani), and a Changeling Warlock (Elitrix). New players are welcome, even if you haven’t played before. Myself and the other players are more than happy to help teach anyone!
We play over Discord for voice and Owlbear Rodeo for battle maps and tokens. Our sessions last 3.5 - 4 hours.
I run my games fast and lose. I keep the core mechanics intact and work through various rules interactions in whatever way would be the most fun. If a player can describe something off the wall in a way that would make sense, go for it! My players are consistently coming up with fun, interesting ideas to try out. In essence, if a player says “DM, can I try this outlandish thing that just might work?” my response is almost always “You can certainly try”

Treat EVERYONE at the table with respect and decency. We are here to play a game and have fun.
No racist, misogynistic, anti-LGBTQ+, demeaning, or hateful remark’s whatsoever.
There will be ABSOLUTELY NO violence against children, even in an indirect fashion. I do not have children NPC’s in any game for this specific reason.
Character on character violence (PvP) is okay so long as all parties directly involved consent. Roleplaying a brash, rude, or aggressive character is good. There will be no aggressive behavior from player to player.
Lastly, have fun with it! This is my personal time during the week I can chill and know I will have a good time. We welcome you to do the same.
