Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online, Discord / Foundry VTT Experience: Experienced GM, open to all levels of player experience Location/Timezone: EST (UTC-5) Price: $25 USD/session
Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus (Level 1 - Level 13) You've been ignoring the letter in your pocket for a fortnight now, the summons bringing you to the pit of vipers known as Baldur's Gate. In that time, you've watched a city drop into the underworld, swallowed whole by hell's fiery maw. Baldur's Gate waits at the precipice, trying madly to postpone the inevitable. The only way to prevent the devils and fiends from devouring everything in their wake is for you and your brethren to descend into the inferno. What is there to lose, young warrior? You can choose to be torn asunder now, die on your feet, or crumble into Avernus a few days later with all the other wretches. Why delay the inevitable? Schedule: Saturdays at 11am EST (4pm GMT), 3-4 hour sessions Roles sought: 2/6 players needed. Current campaign consists of a custom lineage cleric, an aasimar paladin, an owlin rogue, and a high elf wizard. Game style: Think less DOOM, and more Far Cry in hell. Your character has been conscripted into a war that you don't fully understand, and your options are to wait out your certain death or delve further into hell, where you'll only probably die.
The Wild Beyond the Witchlight (Level 1 - Level 8) Every eight years, the Witchlight Carnival appears, setting up business on the outskirts of town. The Carnival never lingers for long; it stays a few days, then packs up and moves on to the next town. It promises all manner of joys and jubilees. But something lurks beyond the glimmering carnival lights, something sinister. You know what they say about the fey and their carnivals, right? Schedule: Saturdays at 7pm EST (12am GMT) Roles sought: 1/6 players needed. Our current party consists of a tiefling cleric, a water genasi fighter, a tiefling rogue, a tiefling sorcerer, and an aasimar warlock. Game style: Of all the games I offer, Witchlight is the most open. The Feywild is a large sandbox for players to explore, and the module can be completed entirely without combat. There's an emphasis on the weird and wild, with a dark fantastical feel.
If any of these interest you, please send me a direct message on D&D Beyond, or you can message me on Discord at hoel farabee#4341. Because of the violent/horrific nature of some of these games, and because the DM has a bit of a cursing problem, I request that all players be 18 or older. I look forward to hearing from you!
Journeys through the Radiant Citadel (Level 1 - Level 14) At the center of the known multiverse lies the Radiant Citadel, a shining beacon of hope in the Ethereal Plane. Visitors from all worlds come together here to share their traditions, their memories, and their calls for heroes. Like spokes around the center of a wheel, the Radiant Citadel lies at the junction of thirteen different realms, each rich with culture, excitement, and danger. Explore worlds you've never seen before while solving the tribulations and slaying the monsters that can be found there! Schedule: Fridays at 8pm EST (11pm GMT) Roles sought: 5/6 players needed. You can play a new character every week! Game style: A series of 13 short adventures, some lighthearted social encounters, some sandbox exploration, and some crunchy tactical combat. A great chance to try something new!
Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden (Level 1 - Level 11) At the northernmost point of the world lies an icy land of windswept tundra. It is a miserable land, locked in the cold grip of perpetual darkness and winter with no reprieve. The divine embodiment of winter's fury has withdrawn to this frozen corner of the world, living out her days among mortals. She has brought with her a terrible spell that keeps sunshine and warmth from touching the denizens of Icewind Dale. There is no light, and the flowers never bloom. Schedule: Sundays at 2pm EST (7pm GMT), starting in January Roles sought: All of them! Game style: Icewind Dale is designed as a survival horror game. Your characters are fighting the elements as much as they're fighting bandits and monsters. Think Jack London, The Thing, and Horizon Zero Dawn.
