Hello friends. We are looking for THREE more people to join our Theater of the Mind dnd campaign for Storm Kings Thunder starting this upcoming year. We lost 2 players to finishing LMoP and one got voted off the island. So have plenty of slots. Looking to keep a balanced team so guys and girls. Plenty of space for you!
We just like to get up, drink coffee, and roll dice.
I’m the dungeon master and have a girl and a guy currently in the team. Would love to have you join us!
My name is Grey. I am 30 years old, married, and have a wonderful 2 year old daughter. DND IS A HOBBY FOR ME! I work as a Project Manager for a large construction firm and have my Bachelors Degree in Construction Management. I love hunting, fishing, reading, writing, and obviously playing dnd!
To quote the Players Handbook: “To play D&D, and to play it well, you don’t need to read all the rules, memorize every detail of the game, or master the fine art of rolling funny looking dice. None of those things have any bearing on what’s best about the game. What you need are two things, the first being friends with whom you can share the game. Playing games with your friends is a lot of fun, but D&D does something more than entertain.
The second thing you need is a lively imagination or, more importantly, the willingness to use whatever imagination you have. You don’t need to be a master storyteller or a brilliant artist. You just need to aspire to create, to have the courage of someone who is willing to build something and share it with others.“ I’ve learned that relationships we build while playing D&D are the exact thing we should be seeking to make us happy throughout our lives. Friendships really are built at the table. I love being a DM and am happiest when the players are bonding and having a good time. The team grows as friends and will literally carry those relationships outside of dnd.
If you made it this far, please feel free to take quiz and apply!
