Looking for weekly online game with kind people, GMT+2, FIN

Game: D&D 5e

Group preferred: Online, no text based games. I don't mind making a few friends too along the way. :)

Alternative: If there is no existing group for these specs, I don't mind starting a new group altogether. 

Experience: Veteran player/DM

Personal details: 33 years old, father of three (2, 5 and 8)  (feels like I'm writing a dating site profile, but this could be important)

Location/Timezone: Finland GMT +2.

Language: We've used English as our in-character language in lots of games for years, but usually OOC talk has been in Finnish. I'll get used to full English in no time. I speak fluent English and I don't think I have a heavy Finnish accent. I do tend to be quite accent/dialect-fluid in both Finnish and English, so I'll probably pick up the group's accent(s) in a while. 

Availability: Quite flexible with the day of the week, time of day needs to be evening after 6PM because of children and work. The -optimal- time would be 3-4 hours at a time between 7-10/11 PM. 

Preferred role: Preferably player due to lack of time. I have enough time to commit to playing once a week, but I'm only be able to commit to DMing mini campaigns or one-shots.  I have lots of experience in both roles. I can sometimes play longer games on weekends too if we have the need for an epic climax etc. 

Side role availability: If you have new players/new DMs, I will gladly teach/help assist the DM for example by helping new players with character creation based on the framework you set.  Or if you the DM ask for guidance/help etc. :) But I have no need to step on the DM's toes unless they specifically ask for help. 

Personality: LGBTQ friendly, religion friendly, friendly towards cultural, ethnic and political diversity. Basically I'm very much of a centrist in all aspects of life. I'd rather keep these topics out of game sessions, but I get that these game groups often turn into friend groups and in that context these topics may come up. :) All I ask is friendliness and kindness even with those who have opposing views regarding the game or life in general. 

Game style: Flexible. I do like heavy RP, so maybe not pure hack'n slash dungeon crawlers. Our games have typically combined lots of different elements from political/social and exploration to heavy combat. I like to optimize characters but that doesn't necessarily mean combat optimization. I like making interesting RP characters, but I also enjoy the mechanical tweaking/gaming part of  DnD.
