Hello there! We're a newly formed group looking to get together for a long campaign and other board/party games. We were able to pick a campaign concept and create characters for it. Unfortunately, the DM felt they weren’t the right fit for this group and decided to leave before we could get started.
The Campaign
For the campaign, we were looking for a homebrewed Adventurer’s Guild campaign and have sessions semi-monthly (twice a month). We can continue with this idea, but we are also open to other classic fantasy campaign ideas, whether it's a module or homebrewed. As a group, we want there to be a healthy balance of roleplay, exploration, and combat in the campaign. One where the players and DM alike can contribute to the story, which is what the group values the most.
Other Games
In addition to semi-monthly sessions, we're planning to play some other tabletop games/party games on the last week of the month. This can vary from Betrayal at House of the Hill, Mysterium, Dixit, Jackbox Games, etc. If you have any suggestions for fun board/party games, feel free to recommend some to us!
Scheduling
We have decided on our session times on Saturday, from 2 pm to 6 pm EST. The players' schedules are somewhat flexible so times can be discussed if need be.
The basic monthly breakdown for games will be:
1st week - DND session
2nd week - No session
3rd week - DND session
4th week - Other games session
We'll be deciding the schedule at the beginning of the month as well as the game we will play on the last week of the month. With months with an additional week and holidays, we'll make the tweaks when it comes to it.
Technical
Communication will be through Discord. How the DND sessions are run will be up to you, the DM. We'll work with whatever setup works best for you. The other tabletop/party games will be played through the TableTop simulator or a browser depending on the games.

Games will probably not start officially for a couple of weeks as people are busy with the holidays. We're planning on having a meet and greet on Jan 14th and go from there!
