[LFP][Paid][Online] $10 Campaign. Living World Homebrew Setting. Long Term Campaign with Breaks

Plot

War of Truth: The war between the neighboring countries of Maximous and Falathel has lasted for 3 years now. On the frontlines of the southern front an attack wipes out most of the battlefield. Those that survive find themselves at the other's neck, while the nearby town is subjected to the after shock. In the aftermath of this event a story of truth seeking adventures who will uncover what this war is truly about.

Details

This campaign will be broken up into "seasons" that will last for about 20 sessions each. At the end of a season, the campaign will be paused for no more than 3 weeks to allow myself to prepare for the next batch, while also giving any players an easy out if they are unsatisfied. Each session will be 3-4 hours long on average.

I charge $10 per player, per session. Session zero will be free of course, and if you do not find me to be the right kind of DM we can end at any point, no grudges. This campaign is LGBTQ+ friendly, and will use the Lines & Veils safety tool. I will mostly pick players on which day will have the most available, but if you have a prepared group I will prioritize that. I will only accept those that are 18+.

The setting of Vogard is high fantasy with some Final Fantasy-like elements. It is pre-gunpowder, so no firearms. This also means that I will not allow the Artificer. I am pretty liberal with character creation, so long as it isn't world breaking. A list of available races, classes, and subclasses will be provided near the start of the session 0. Homebrew outside of my own is unlikely to be approved, but I am very willing to work with a player to create something new. We will be playing over Discord voice chat, without cameras. Using Beyond for character sheets, as well as using Roll20 as our VTT. Stats will be selected through point buy. Hit points will be rolled when leveling, rerolling any 1's. I have a fair amount of homebrew races and subclasses for those interested in playing something new.

Currently have 3 people who have messaged me with interest. 2 of them are good for any day so long at the start time is 8pm, but Saturday is good for 7:30pm. The 3rd person has not informed me of their schedule yet.

Update on the number of people gathered. 4 people have given me a schedule so far, Monday or Friday at 8pm seems to be the best schedule currently.

Some updates on things. Any of the originally listed days are open at the moment as I try to fill in any potential empty slots. Start time being 8pm EST still, or even 5 minutes later than that.

Last update on this post. I have 4 players for Fridays, starting at 8:05pm EST. I am looking for at least one more person to fill the missing slot, but will start progressing things regardless.
