Hello everyone!

I am the GM for a D&D table called Order of the Styx. We are a Discord community server enjoying a Homebrew campaign involving 4 groups, each group running on either a Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday with some special or random sessions in between.

Each group has cause and consequence for the other groups and the world around them and the campaign tries to incorporate the entire DNDBeyond lexicon with all sourcebooks and adventures Shared to all of this table's members. We also accept "Patreon" & "Buy Me A Coffee" sponsorship to help keep the table going, pay for subscriptions, perhaps even pay for the odd pizza or t-shirt or dice for our DMs as a thank you from time to time. We have two DMs, with myself as the GM, with more DMs on the way. It's small, but it works and feels good to be in here; we've been going for a little while now and the table feels successful and alive. I have to say, typing this after New Year... I'm smiling!

We currently have slots open for 4 new players at the time of this post. 

Group 4 - Thursdays 6pm GMT - 2 slots
Group 3 - Fridays 6pm GMT - 2 slots

Please note that this campaign is very social, active and requires regular contact and communication with other players for it to work. If you are not able or willing to keep in touch, then you might feel left behind. We've lost players (justifiably) to exams and other real-life matters. First Life Comes First. That's fine, but it does mean we need to fill the seats that have been left open due to real-life priorities. If you can fill those seats, and are able to stick around and maintain a good social standing, then this game might be for you.

Also, please note, that this campaign does contain adult situations; while catering to the fantasy genre, sometimes include adult content, including but not limited to, blood and gore, detailed injuries and themes of good, evil, life and death, sex, nudity, LGBT+ issues, politics, religions and faiths and magical environments. 
For this reason, we request that all players be 18+ else be prepared to provide evidence of parental permission to play in our server.
 
The tools for this game involves internet software such as Discord, DNDBeyond.com, Owlbear.Rodeo & images created from Inkarnate for maps and backgrounds. 
For this reason, a good microphone, a good internet connection and a good computer is necessary to play Dungeons & Dragons with your desired team here.

If you wish to join this campaign and have a go, please understand that while other older players around you will be higher level (and perhaps unusually so), you will be expected to begin YOUR adventure at level 1 and participate in group activities to earn XP to level up. It is normal for the group leader to give newer players a bit more XP than everyone else to help try and equalise your level with everybody else eventually, but you might still feel small for a while until you catch up (and this is easily done with enough participation and inclusion).

Feeling small at first is to be expected. Simply turn up each week, play, provide some healing when needed or open a box or solve a riddle or find a clue... there are still some crucial things you can do in this campaign even if you might seem weak and useless. You're not useless! This campaign is all about thinking on your feet, working out what you can do with your eyes, ears, brain, heart, soul... and if an encounter is bigger than you, you can run away and still earn experience! But, if you do die, oh well... come back to the next session with a new character! Perseverance is key, sometimes, and making new characters to see what works for you (and what doesn't) can be fun, too.
