Me too! Only ever played 3.5 edition before looking to go into 5e. 

wouod you be open to a goblin character (cleric class?) if I can find player stats for a goblin? Saturdays work for me as I’m on GMT time and would probably end up staying up quite late if your on CST.

Im looking for a group.  I am a bit experienced with 5e.  

Not sure if there are any free slots, but I'd be interested in joining if possible!

I love running casual homebrew games, mostly heroic, save the town small scale games, which eventually become large world saving stories. (If the group works well together and has fun)

 

I have multiple homebrew stories ready, I teach elementary so my schedule isn’t very flexible, I’m really only available on weekends. I just used the core rule books because it just keeps things simple and I don’t do homebrew classes because I really don’t have time to check if it’s balanced/fair.

Hello, I would be interested in more information and in joining your group. It sounds like a good mix that I would be interested in. Is the plan for this to be weekly or monthly? Also, my info below.

Group preferred: Online/virtual
Experience: New (have never played, but I have watched a lot of D20 and Critical Role
Location/Timezone: Western Colorado/MST
Availability: I can make Saturday evenings work, the later the better. I was a teacher for 7 years, and between work responsibility and kids, I can relate to your schedule issues with weekends.
Preferred role:  Player (I have two created players, but have never done anything with them. One is a Half-Elf Fighter and the other is a Wood Elf Ranger)
Game style: Willing to play just about anything the DM is willing to prepare and make. Time constraints are my biggest worry.
